What information do we collect from visitors to the site?

We collect information from you ONLY if you choose to contact us with an enquiry, or submit a request via the 'Contact Us' pages. The information we would store includes your contact details (such as name, postal address and e-mail address) together with any other information that you may provide to us (in order for the Authority to direct your query or enter into further correspondence following your initial request for information). Anyone submitting details on behalf of someone else must have permission of that third party.

We only use your personal information to enable the Authority to respond to your enquiries.

We will only share personal information about you with third parties who are directly involved in dealing with your enquiry (i.e. Strathclyde Police) or where we are legally required to do so.
